- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The woman who runs this particular location, I don't know if it switches or if she's there all the time, is very rude and not helpful at all. I'd ask a question and she'd ignore me. And it does NOT accept debit/credit cards you need cash. Go to the main office downtown, it'll be worth the trip.By Kendall McDonald, August 24, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I love this convenient postal location. The lady that runs it is extremely helpful. She will try to help you send your package the most economical way possible. Very nice and helpful. I don't understand the negative reviews. I've used this location since I found it about 6 months ago (I'm new to the area) and I won't go downtown any longer. You get a much more personable experience here. It is a little inconvenient that they don't accept cards but it isn't that big of a deal. We rely on our cards too much anyway. It won't hurt you to have some real money in your hands! If it means that much take that long drive all the way downtown, wait in a long line and pay double to send something out! I'll be waiting in a shorter line and actually being assisted by someone who actually wants to help me!By Jessica Griffin, November 05, 2016
